We produced a clean yet user-friendly design with a critical focus on smooth navigation and content filtering.
The membership site design followed the companies branding and imagery style closely, so to give the members area it’s own unique look and feel; although clearly on brand.
We used our MemberLab framework for the core areas of the membership site.
The membership sales and content access are powered by Memberpress, allowing the creation of multiple membership levels and sub-user memberships in various currencies.
We custom developed post types and advanced filtering to help break down the material into the relevant sections, whilst the content is delivered using Learndash for all the courses. This allows the user to download relevant PDFs applicable to specific courses and to mark each lesson as complete so to track their progress.
We also used Woocommerce to help up-sell the live workshops with ticket and attendee management systems that also provided advanced discount rules.
The community forum is powered by IPboard and offers a smooth and engaging user experience for the members.
We also built in multiple web forms for welcoming new members, requesting feedback on courses and content as well as to capture any cancellation feedback. This gave the team better visibility on their members while collecting information to help them improve what they currently offer.
We integrated the site with HubSpot CRM for web forms, membership sales and event sales. Helping to segment their contacts based on whether they are a lead or a member; has dramatically improved the marketing and sales automation and has made management and communication with members a lot more streamlined and effective.
Key5 were a joy to work with, and we continue to support them and help as they embark on their mission to make online basketball coaching fun and interactive.
