What was required
Gavin had already created his membership website but wasn’t happy with the quality of his website. He wanted help to improve the sites visual identity but also to improve the member’s complete experience from onboarding to experiencing their members only content.
Gavin was also struggling to integrate his marketing tools that would help him to segment his members and communicate with them more effectively. This meant he was losing out on opportunities to up-sell to a database of hot leads.
How we helped
Due to Gavin’s Facebook skills, the membership website has had tremendous success.
We produced a custom membership sales page that focuses on the customers journey. This modern and bright design aids in guiding the user to a simple sign up and onboarding experience.
Membership sales and content access are powered by Memberpress, which gives excellent content restriction control.
We also connected the membership site to ActiveCampaign CRM to help segment new members from prospects and to also run an automatic onboarding email series.
Gavin has been great to work with from start to finish. We currently provide ongoing support for the My Funnel Academy Membership website and love all of the content they create. We cannot wait to see what the future brings for Gavin!
