Premier Active are sport and physical education specialists that inspire active lives in schools, nurseries, organisations, clubs and communities across the West Midlands.
What was required
Premier Active originally contacted our business, Melt for a front facing website build and redesign. After working with Premier Active for a while they started thinking about how they could further leverage their website to improve their business processes and customer experience.
We suggested building a membership website within their current website with a payment wallet and sub accounts for parents and children. They previously used a separate booking tool to receive money and keep track of any income from each club they visited.
The membership functionality of the website needed the following:
- A booking system that allows attendees to register for a class as well check in and out of classes
- Wallet functionality so parents can pay for classes
- Sub-Accounts for Parents and Children
How we helped
One of the goals Premier Active wanted to achive was to increase the number of students that attended classes and increase the revenue they bring in each month.
The way we helped them with this was to implement a scalable, automated booking system unique to them and their problems, ensuring that the extra students didn’t mean extra admin work!
We used our MemberLab framework for the core areas of the membership website, our framework follows a couple of simple steps
Our membership websites come with LearnDash LMS as standard, which makes it easy to create courses at the click of a button. This allows the team at Premier Active room to grow, they currently do not offer any courses but with the current climate it’s always nice to have extra functionality that is scalable and ready to go at a click of a button.
We integrated the site with ActiveCampaign CRM using WP Fusion. Sales and event attendee tracking are now in place.
Using ActiveCampaign CRM has dramatically improved the marketing and sales automation and has made management and communication with members a lot more streamlined and effective.
